Voluntary

I've taken part in a number of voluntary initiatives over the years, such as being part of the jury for games festivals or organising academic conferences. Here's a quick run down of what I've taken part in.

Voluntary

• Mentored high school students from Fryshuset Stockholm in three separate sessions between February and March 2026 to help guide them through the game development process
• Frequent contributor to Wikipedia.mt (the Maltese version of Wikipedia) between 2020 and 2024, particularly during the CEE Spring sessions

Games

• Part of the jury for IndieCade between 2018 and 2026
• Part of the jury for Yonderplay 2018, organised by the Copenhagen Game Collective
• Part of the jury for the Nordic Game Sensation 2017, organised by the Copenhagen Game Collective
• Volunteer for the Mediterranean Game Jam in 2015
• Organiser for the Malta Global Game Jam in 2014 and 2015
• Volunteer for the Nordic Game Jam in 2012 and 2013

• Part of the Technical Programme Committee for the Games as Entertainment and Educational Instruments special track for the ACM 4th International Conference on Information Technology for Social Good (GoodIT '24)
